Just regular carrots cut down to size usually. Baby corn, that’s different. You can do real baby carrots but I suspect baby-cut carrots are the norm these days.
Baby carrots are large carrots that are cut and shaped then washed in a chlorine solution (to eliminate bacteria) then rinsed and packed. It’s OK to eat them.
