I had 2 awful dreams on Tuesday night, where I was driving and just missed by inches getting T-Boned by another vehicle slamming into my driver side door. I don’t really believe in the theory that dreams are an omen or that they mean anything, yet it still rattled me just a little when it came time to drive to work yesterday. I did notice some very reckless drivers, like the idiot who blew past me well over the speed limit (speed limit there was 30 mph and I would guess he was doing closer to 45) and someone who cut it a little close turning left in front of me. but I didn’t come close to any collisions. Still, I was on high alert driving to work and back home again. I don’t want any more dreams like that again, let alone have them come true.

From questions yesterday: when you have taught over 4,500 students, some are bound to become doctors (I have encounters a few). Some are nurses (I have met dozens of nurses that I have taught). It’s nice to know that some were inspired by my teachings of science or computer science. I run down frequently but that is normal. During my energy times, I feel strong. My medical advisors tell me to conserve that energy since my liver is consuming itself. I am down to 197 from a high of 385 years ago. I am told this is normal. It scares me.

What a revolting development this is, indeed. Let’s have some color/colour to brighten things up a bit.

In a public place, I heard a father and daughter loudly declaring that they were Spartacus. I quietly told them, “I am Spartacus.” The daughter looked at me as though there were only two Spartacuses in the world. :)

I’m still waiting on a call back (text) from the shelter. :(

Looks like both Sparatcuses are going to be exiled to the loading dock. On another note, saw two varied thrushes and a rabbit while out walking today. I also saw a squirrel outside on the deck.
