Bees normally only swarm when a new queen is made and takes half the compliment of bees with her. Not sure how different these swarm intelligent ones are. Reminds me of the super-intelligent bees that turned their queen into a pseudo woman. O. L. episode of “ZZZZZ”. So that she could mate with a male human drone and hybridize so that they can swarm and expand their reach into the human world.

I found the stingless metallic green bees of Brazil are considered smarter than the average bees. Curious how Sherlock Holmes in his waning years raised them and wrote some interesting books on their intelligence. “Malinipona Intelligence of the Brazilian Bee” (1910) is considered the best on them .

She is right just once in a multitude of being wrong.
