Don’t laugh. When I was young, I used to cross a golf course on the way home from school. I saw golfers out in ALL forms of weather, including heavy fog and 1" snow.
Years ago there was a charity winter golf tournament. They used brightly colored tennis balls on one of the local courses. With deep snow in some places snow shoes were optional.
