It looks like the dog house has no gables (sides with points to the roof). Marcie is gonna collapse the whole thing, and she’s going to have to pay for the rebuild.

Oh, I remember this arc now! This is when Marcie gets so mad, she tells Peppermint Patty that it’s not a “guest cottage”, it’s a doghouse, and that Snoopy isn’t a “weird-looking kid with a big nose”, he’s a beagle! Love it!

Yep – that is pretty much how force applied to the will of a child is going to go …

It’s an earthquake! I love seeing slap-stick on cartoons. This strip needs background music like “San Francisco” as performed by Judy Garland. (No, not by Rufus Wainwright.)

Huh! At least the doghouse I built for “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” has 4 sides and a whole roof!

I’m thinking of adding a guest cottage.

Based on the artwork, the “guest cottage” consisted of one wall and half a roof.
