I don’t think that is the correct spelling for the one you wanted.

Would be better as a “tramp stamp”…

Great…..now when he can’t remember what to say, he has to look in a mirror. When I say that, I always add the ‘G’.

I have heard “pirates” say “aaarr” but never “aaarrg”. Maybe my hearing isn’t what is used to be (or maybe it’s pirates …)

..and the joke is?

My guess is that everyone now thinks of it as “aarrg” or “aarrgh” from having read it in Peanuts so often.

It appears like both the pirate and the tattooist are missing their right leg. Of course the pirate is also missing most of his left leg too.
