We had to travel with our granddaughter’s cat. The hotel’s $50 “pet deposit” (non-refundable, of course) was rather much. I understand they might have treat for fleas but it still seemed excessive.
We brought White’s Tree Frogs for our granddaughter and had to keep them in our hotel room. Luckily they didn’t consider frogs in an enclosure a pet that required a deposit. They did keep a nice accompaniment to my snoring. I’m amazed that my wife hasn’t smothered me in my sleep.
It is tiresome that pet owners think that it is okay to impose their pets on other people who may be allergic to the pet and the dander. Even when the pet is in a room, that pet walks through the halls shedding and leaving dander for folks with allergies. Somehow it has become a right to impose a pet on people without their consent. Yeah I know, I must be a pet hater, I’m not, but pets like kids have a place and not always in public spaces should they be allowed.

That’s what happens when you try to stuff a cat in a bag.

I know it is probably a cat, but I cannot resist, “Who let the dogs out? Who, who, who, who, who?”
