Rover spelling out v-e-t reminds me of a friend’s dog who we spelled in front of and he understood exactly what we meant

The second (top) panel is how our Gracie gets when she comes into my room and I don’t notice her. Eventually she growls at me.

Rugby goes nuts for car rides. Short ones, long ones, and especially to to the lake. Dogs love, love, love car rides. Smaaart mom, window down not all the way.

Several years ago there was a cartoon about a dog going for a ride and he told a friend that he was going to go get tutored…

didn’t matter what we spelled after “would you like……” my dog got excited. What ever followed those words, she was up for.

My babies wouldn’t care if it was to the v-e-t. My baby to the left used to love to go because she would get pampered by them and my current handsome man loves all the attention too.
