Podkayne of Mars has something like fairy dust, or happy dust, which is illegal on Venus. It makes the local “fairies” murderous.

I am not a cop, but if I had to apprehend someone, I think one of the first things I would do is take away his weapon. THEN, I’d worry about contraband.

I wanna see the look on those cops’ faces next time they think nice thoughts.
