My Fluffy (also an orange cat) did that to me when I got home from work tonight (Thursday). I fed her most of a can of cat food and right after finishing it, she was telling me she was still hungry. After I finished my snack (a dish of blackberries), I gave in and fed her more and she ate it all up.
National Corn Chip Day. I like corn chips but seldom eat them.
National Puzzle Day. I’m working on a jigsaw puzzle right now – a 500 piece puzzle of 4 golden retriever puppies.
National Big Wig Day. Celebrate National Big Wig Day™! by donning your biggest, wildest wig and having a party to raise funds to donate to the American Cancer Society Look Good/Feel Better division. One of my girls eats her lunch and then starts bringing her toys to me one by one. She sits too close to my chair (tail could get rolled upon), and looks pleadingly at me. I eventually give in and she gets two treats each time she does this. After she’s had enough, it’s nap time.
My neighbors have an orange tabby named “Tank”. I used to think it has some kind of military connotation, until I started feeding him after they moved away. He is a big “tank” who has to be filled up several times a day.
Boy, Chesney sure is a drama queen. To be fair, it seems all cats seem to act like that from time to time. On another note, saw a junco, two finches, a squirrel, and a varied thrush while out walking today.
