Too bad you don’t have an agent. There are people making millions going on stage more intoxicated than you and not singing as well!

@Linguist Today’s strip Is Funny The Desk Sargent quickly changing his mind about our HERO Mr Andrew Capp’s discordant singing when he heard where Andy was singing is priceless :o) but I never heard the expression " to bang him up " not police brutality in old blighty surely? ,my avatar is a spoof of a pilot and co-pilot looking back to ogle the stewardesses and not avoiding a small private aircraft about to crash into them , come avete passato il vostro Sabato mio meno vechio amicho our Saturday should be busy but calm I hope , my wife and I have already done our bulk shopping without much arguing and now we can chill , because we are not expecting visitors and we both are in a good mood keep safe and catch you later pal ,on a different subject ,I never knew that the Galapagos Islands belonged to Ecuador, have you ever visited them ?

The British used to have a punishment in the 18th and 19th centuries prison systems. It was called a treadmill, where one stepped on steps to rotate a wheel to do something. I don’t think a drunk Andy would appreciate it at all. It has to better than “Bang Him Up” would be though.

I sure hope “to bang up” merely means to slam the cell door shut once the prisoner is safely placed therein.

And when you’re done with the banging, put him in a cell.

He should say thank you to Andy as he will be a Hero to his wife when he tells her what he did later on. (who cares about the live in mother-in-law)……

Seems like Andy’s singing gets him in more trouble than his drinking. Then again I guess they do go together.

Actually, Andy is a part of Sarge’s overall plan to get rid of Mommy-in-law. MY WILD IRISH ROSE . . .

The true professionals only commit the crime of the century at the tail end of the century. Otherwise, it’s anti-climactic…………..
