Bucky trying to turn Mac into a Presidential candidate is a worse scheme than the time he tried to design a computer inspired by Mac, the “Manxintosh”.

In the second panel Bucky accidentally rediscovers the secret of the Democratic party. By the fourth panel, substitute ‘an entitlement benefit’ for ‘tax cut’, and he’s nailed it.

Rob is too poor to pay taxes. He probably gets a refund.
