This plugger uses a “уша́нка” or a Russian ear flap hat. Best purchase I made my first trip over in 2001.

I like my Stormy Kromer. My wife hates it. But below 25 F I got for the stocking cap.

Not quite a Stormy Kromer, that Yoopers, and we Yooper wannabes, love in the winter. It’s a warm baseball type cap, with earflaps.
