In 2006 there was a very nice article in Smithsonian Magazine about how Wal-Mart was going to start transitioning to bags made from corn starch, which is biodegradable and compostable. Whatever happened with that idea?
As a customer, what I do NOT want from the person behind the counter is their unsolicited opinion. Nor do I want a lecture.
As an employer I can guarantee you that in the real world her boss would not be happy.
