1. “Dang. Why does me forgets me has super strength?!”
2. Don’t fall, leap in love!
3. But… But… It’s duck season!
…
And yes of course, a big thumbs up and a big applause for the best drawn funnies ever, which is FoXo’s marvellous masterpiece, the picturesque pantomime called Bozo, a spectacular speechless strip of comic.
Absolutely spectacular artwork in every panel. I wonders how much time FoXo spent drawing them. Facial expressions, body language, scene details, proper perspectives and depths with background details, everything expressed by artwork alone and no dialogues. Bozo is certainly a superior quality comic in many ways.
Good Hunting must be when Bozo was in the Reserves after World War II. LEAP FROG inspires my silly boyhood ways of observing the ladies (goodies,) and might I say MS Bozann is endowed. (Just look at Bozo’s smile and dropping of cigar.)
Strip #1 dispels any remaining doubts I had about how the man with the umbrella sneaks through wooden plank fences.
The first time I can recall any man other than Bozo wearing shoes with that shape on the instep is “The Continental” in Strip #2. I had assumed those ovals with thick outlines might be just a design to echo Bozo’s nose, or maybe some kind of buckle, but now I think it might indicate a very well shined reflective surface.
Wonder if FoXo had any first-hand experience with this scene he illustrated so well in Strip #3.

1 That axe got Bozo chopping mad!
2 Luckily Bozo had a soft landing.
3 What’s the problem? Ducks are a kind of aircraft, right?

1. I’m a lumberjack and I’m OK
I sleep all night and I work all day
2. I cut down trees, I skip and jump
I like to kiss cute women
I step on fallen men’s clothing when men are still in there
3. I cut down trees, I step on men
My comics makes y’all luckies
I use a big howitzer, to get me dinner duckies

In which Bozo invents an inverted Thesz Press.
Also, those second and third panels of Good Hunting are pretty great even by Bozo standards.

1. Got a dull axe, got to do it the easy way.
2. That’s what you get making a move on Bozo’s gal.
3. Bozo just saved you guys from those killer attack ducks.

Brute force. Brutish. Brutal. Gotta love ’em.

2. Bozo didn’t mean to be rude – he thought the gentleman was inviting him to play leapfrog.

3. He is in trouble now! He forgot – it’s rabbit season!

1) He shouldn’t have axed. 2) Jump jump goosed. 3) They forgot to duck.

1) Chopp’n not work’n: Bozo tries to chop some wood and it just won’t work. So using his brute strength he breaks it on his kneed!
2) Hopping to the Beat: Bozo wants the lady and his rival is there first, but Bozo leap frogs him to gain her attention!
3) Two for One: Bozo sees some military people in a war game and uses the howitzer to take down 2 fat ducks!

“I was cleaning the howitzer and it went off.”
