True story: Some years ago, my wife and I were driving through a town on a small road, when traffic came to a halt because of several ducks crossing the road. As we waited for the procession to finish, I observed to my wife that this was a very well-organized town. When she asked why, I explained, “Well, look, they have all their ducks in a road.”
