I don’t think it is wise to use silly string on a trip wire to a live M18 Claymore.

It’s brilliant, really. Silly String isn’t massive enough to bend the tripwire, but visible enough to be seen on it.

Mother elephants are very protective of their calves, so this elephant’s maternal instincts kicked in.

The trip wires being inside unexploded bombs or booby traps. That’s not silly.

Did everyone in the 19th century just have a few mummies lying around?

Makes me wonder about how the mummies for the unwrapping parties were acquired. Doesn’t sound much like a legitimate enterprise on the surface of it, does it?

And then the military started losing more soldiers when they felt whimsical and started shooting the silly string at each other, instead.

So, there is a military grade of Silly String? Is it O.D. green?

After retrieving the baby the elephant held it hostage until the family voted, suppression haven risen to new heights in India.

As societies matured by the 20th century parties actually became fun events.

!!TREEHUGGER ALERT!! Damn hippies! Who gives a damn about the Earth?! This is so irresponsible; silly string is not biodegradable and can cause all sorts of issues with the ecosystem. Man-made constructs such as drains as well. Not that armed forces give a damn about the world, they only want to protect what are considered “assets.”
