Along the lines of “Say goodnight, Gracie” (although she never actually did that)

What does Shoe expect with a statement that reads like an indictment. He should’ve said, “Loon, you’ve been doing some pretty good work around here, but is it you best work?” That’s a positive and encouraging statement with a improvement query attached. But, like his girlfriend has noticed, Shoe is a barker, not an encourager.

Would you say, “I QUIT! Now go hire someone who knows what they’re doing.”

Show me an employee that deserves respect and I’ll show you an employee working for the wrong company.

I had about 20 bosses. I put up with (but did not respect) one intelligent one and another one who was also intelligent and gained my respect as well! The rest were BLAH1
