What? No origami rose?

In the last panel, it looks like it was under.

Now it can be “fixed” (thanks to the “help” from Thatababy).

That’s the EXACT problem that UNDER negates.

When our cats were kittens they would do the same thing to the toilet paper

No kids, No pets, my house my rules…it’s UNDER for me…

If it’s UNDER, the maid cannot make those little triangles.

Only a maniac would do it under!

I have stated this before, I don’t care as long as it’s there.

Either way goes over the top & hangs under. The question is front or back. It’s trickier for toddlers or kitties to unroll from the back.

Over, or under?

Apparently, babies don’t care.

It ain’t over till it’s over!

Over unless you have animals or babies/toddlers. Then it’s under.

If you have a cat, under is better than over, otherwise the cat will unroll all the tissue in the floor.

In our house, it’s “Changer’s Choice”. If you are the one changing the roll, you get to pick which way it hangs. Saves at lot of arguments!

Does this child think he’s a cat?

Wife’s solution: place new role on top of empty tube. No more over/under debate.

I just put the toilet paper on top of the dispenser or on the floor!

It’s over. No exceptions.
