Bloody squirrels. I still hold a grudge over them destroying a $60 birdfeeder in the 90’s. I fixed them though, I switched to a thistle seed tube and got lovely chickadees :)
I have a hand full of rocks in my birdbath so they can drink or bathe. The bees land on them and on hot days the glide path from their hive looks like O’Hare’s.

The squirrels raid bird feeders and now their are taking over bird baths? Can’t the birds have anything without squirrels butting in?

Birds are now calling in air support to deal with the intruder.

Our squirrels aren’t bathing in the bird bath yet. However, they are regularly drinking from it.

The squirrel could just say he identifies as a bird, that would get him access in most jurisdictions.
