What book did Caulfield read last? The Metamorphoses?

Is a summer reading list actually a thing? We didn’t have it when I was a kid, not that I needed it anyhow, being a compulsive reader.

How do you connect the dots from gardening, summer, and something on your shoe?

Of course Labor Day has little to do with most schools opening now.

Is everyone else just going to ignore how much Caulfield managed to say while flying through the air? He either spoke super fast or fell super slow.

This being Caulfield, I assumed the reading list was his personal list of things he wants to read. I would expect him to read all summer but he plans to try to spend more time doing other activities.

Today is the traditional Memorial Day. Tomorrow is the Monday Holiday. Remembering those who didn’t come home.

Caulfield probably read 40 books this summer, but none of them were on the assigned list.

Give me the good old fashion swing seats any day. Not those rubber contraptions made from recycled conveyor belts that squeeze your caboose…
