Sadly, I’m with the kid. If I didn’t exercise willpower, I could eat pizza several times a week. That would be interspersed with Mexican food and Chinese food. However, at least some of the time, I’m good, and eat baked chicken, salad, veggies, etc. It isn’t pleasant, but I do it.
Yes. Be creative whatever you making for dinner. If they don’t eat it they won’t be sitting for 3 month because their backsides sore from that hard kick they receive last time.
