I saw a handyman ad for prices stating if husband “helps” it is 30% added to bill.

That is so very sexist. My ex-wife put up some shelves all on her own, we could not put much weight on them but she did manage to do it. I showed the correct rawplug she should have used and a few days later she had replaced them and the shelves were just fine. She managed to break a few finger nails and trapped her finger once, after that I was responsible for DIY around the house.

Does she need a little help with her ‘plumbing’ perhaps?

Those of you whining of sexism should be aware the punch line and variations are used in many bawdy old blues songs as metaphors for sex (the act, not gender). It has nothing to do with wood and nails.

I heard this morning on NPR some pubs ran out of beer. It’s because people had been wanting to go back to them for so long there was pent-up demand.

Am I the only one that when women in this strip speak, I hear the Monty Python guys as women?
