Summer vocations and Summer school around the corner. Too bad Gabby and Micheal and their friends gonna have Mr. D fever. I don’t mind seeing my class through the summer. Dispise the frowning expressions some grumbles.
Just last night on the TV news, a school superintendent was announcing a school program for those months. The reporter asked, “But you’re not calling it summer school?” and he said “No, no,” because the phrase “summer school” has such a stigma.
