i am not a part of any social media. people have their mind made up way before they even engage in a “discussion”. they lure their subject/s in and before you know the ranting, ranting and wild, unproven accusations and falsehoods spewed all over for those who chose to listen.

Good advice! I saw a pie chart on the outcome of arguments on Facebook. The green slice was when you change your mind. The blue slice was when the other persons change their minds. The red slice was when no one changes anything and everybody’s annoyed. Yep, the whole pie was red.

If people didn’t discuss politics or personal lives on Facebook, there wouldn’t be a Facebook.

In arguing and/or discussing politics with strangers such as here in the comics. I have keep my thoughts to myself and as the saying goes, “Be quiet and let them think that you are a fool or open your mouth and confirm it”
