Optimistic?

Realistic myself, optimistic to cheer others up.

Not really optimistic, climate seems to be going to hell, right wing republicans in the USA seem to want to follow!

Not to mention the Boris Johnson conservatives who bloviate against their co-vid criminality!

Who me??? Um….NO!!!

One has to be optimistic as a youth, so that when life happens, there’s some wiggle room in the middle. Say you are registering a 10 on the outlook meter, life comes along and hits you with a 3, so you settle on say 7 or 8, generally positive outlook. Start out at 5, and you are sunk almost before you begin. Youthful optimism is not only natural, it’s a necessity.

He thinks humanity has a future on this rocky mud ball. :-o

I found that unless you have family backing, and they have money you might as well stop making plans and just let life happen.
