i got one for my Min Pin. i put it on him a couple times for our daily walk at the park but it feel was a waste of money. i just wipe him off when we are finished. he doesn’t mind walking in the rain. we walk in it all the time while we are at home. we just don’t spend a lot of time in it when there is a downpour or there is thunder and lightning.
Pretty sweet and considerate for someone who threatened to whack his dog with that exact same magazine yesterday in order to “persuade” him to do the “proper dog stance”!

When my roomie is going to give the dog a bath the dog knows it and comes running to me. That’s about the only time she wants to be picked up.
