Okay, I have to admit. I got nothing. …steak and flies.

That is correct, if Brian Enjo was the one to announce they were “having steak with fries”.

What he actually said was, “I’m going outside to grill some $#!T”.

Hence, the flies.

Saturday I am planning to try to BBQ ribs, never tried ribs, and leg quarters that I have done.
