I’m getting good at spotting them in mystery shows. Whoever looks guiltiest is definitely NOT the actual murderer.

My sister writes amateur plays for worse-than-amateur actors (like me) to perform for fund raising events. In one of them all the characters had the last name of a famous actor (they got to pick their own first names). The guilty party was Charles Butler, named after Rhett Butler – yup, the butler did it.

Uhhh…just one more thing—Columbo would have caught that right away.

I’m a Scooby-Doo person myself.

After watching The Mentalist a few times, I learned to look for the character in the background at 18 minutes after the hour. THAT person was the evildoer.

This is the final strip of the storyline. We’ll be back to week-long arcs after this.

I feel this storyline has been going on a (very) long time and I just checked. It began on June 7th.
