Sorry Fred no sympathy I’ve seen what can happen with a tick bite ….

The worst is some tick that bites you and then you’re allergic to MEAT!!

When I was in the Boy Scouts, they taught us two ways to get rid of a tick.

1. Put a drop of oil on the tick. It won’t be able to breathe, and will pull it’s head out.

2. Light a match, let it burn for a short while, then blow it out. While it’s still hot, gently touch it to the tick, which will pull it’s head out and run away from the heat.

I was on a trip with my family and some friends of my parents when one of them got a tick and was going to pull it out. I told him you’re never supposed to do that, because the head will be left and it will get infected. I told him about the first method. He said he didn’t have any oil, but he did have aftershave. I didn’t know if that would work, but it was worth a try. It didn’t work, so I told him about the second method, and a short time later I was yelling: “No! No! You were supposed to blow it out first!”

You could attend a blood drive.
