A weekday strip on a Sunday?

What? This even on a Sunday too? Oh come on!

First they replaced John Celardo’s strips with Russ Manning’s, with an episode of which they don’t offer the beginning, and now they eliminate the Sunday pages, without any explanation…

The Sunday strip that I get is a continuation of the daily.

In the original publication Manning had separate Sunday strips. Hopefully this is a ‘programming’ error.

So now the GoComic idiots are shovelling this lame Manning illustrated fem Tarzan disaster sci-fi tale on us for Sunday as well? What happened to the NYC King Kong-type story drawn by a superior Tarzan illustrator (at the very least Tarzan looks manly) Gil Kane? The only Tarzan “artist” worse than Manning was Gray Morrow!

Maybe he’s between cell towers.

I would prefer to see the gorgeous Russ Manning Sunday strips, please — after the Goodwin/Kane continuity is finished.

Yee-OUCH! It’s a good thing you are not hearing what I am thinking about these replys…….I have been following Tarzan since the late 1940’s in books, comics, and movies. Still firmly believe that Manning is over-rated at best amongst many other better and more talented artists who I have mentioned before, plus Manning’s Tarzan is way too fem for my liking.

At the very least I wish they’d allow the finish of the current Sunday story.

I thought I was joking when I wrote that Tarzan was going to circle around and capture the Mahar on Sunday.

I located the complete series for Zugor the Ape. (including the missing panels) We should have gotten the second to the last episode.
