0600-2300 for my employed grocery store… of course I work approximately 30 hours weekly.

I’ve heard you don’t ask “How are you?” in Europe; they’ll tell you!

Of course he only works 19 hours. Any more and he’d be considered full time and have to get health care.

That’s a fair answer if Baldo was on his personal phone. If he was on an Auto Y Rod phone he should be smart enough to know not to p**s off a caller like that. (Rod doesn’t strike me as someone who’d issue phones to all employees… Unless there is a GPS chip so he can find where the slackers are hiding.)

Poorly phrased question. But, the store hours should be on their web page, along with being something that should be part of a the call tree. You know, press 1 for store hours, press 2 for directions, press 9 to speak with an actual person

    “Well, YOU asked!”

    …and YOU misunderstood, Baldo.

    Customer service is slowly disappearing.
