I donât understand why women wear high heels in the first place. Theyâve got to be uncomfortable and plus theyâre not very good for feet because they throw all of oneâs body weight on the ball of the foot rather than evenly distributing it.
Sadly, we men just gotta sigh now, and take out our visual-frustrations on the more-daring ones of the feminine-gland, who still wear such with no-fear for their own personal safety, God bless âem.
Indeed, heels must be bad for âpluggerâ-women. I know this from experience, as when I married my-wife she was 28, and a petite-build. Fast foward 35 years now, and ironically, she still has the petite-build with that nice-view from the âbalconyâ, but the poor-dear dear has, indeed, shrank from that perfect-âkissableâ height, to a more-logical-one of, âCome on, olâ man work for it, now!â of a four-inch loss in height.
Guess it was kinda-MY fault. Used her like a good-carpenterâs pencil, and kept sharpening her too-many times, wore âer down?
But by-golly, sheâs still a round-pencil, not a flat-âunâŠ.!âș
I absolutely loved wearing high heels at work and when going out to places during my marriage. With a little practice, theyâre not difficult to walk in. Now that Iâm older and have had broken back bones from bone thinning, and other woes, of course I have to wear very safe and comfy shoes. But I have my memories, and the pictures, lol!
Back in the day my Wife probably had 15-20 pairs of high heels, now itâs 15-20 pair of more comfortable walking shoes, the count never seems to go down.
Female and I have never worn HIGH heels in my life. Highest I ever had was 1/2 inch tall.
Apparently womenâs feet have gotten larger over the decades. I wear a 5 1/2 and have always had trouble finding any shoes â let alone flats â as shoes in that size sell out quickly, so finding them at all is rare and even harder to find in a style I would wear.
At the same time, apparently, boys feet got larger also and boys size 4 fits me perfectly and became much easier to find (much easier than ladies 5.5 also). I wear boysâ black skateboard sneakers most of the time, have boysâ black laced shoes for when I need to wear shoes â such as it is raining, boysâ winter boots, boysâ hiking boots, and boysâ dress slip on shoes for the extremely rare times I have to dress up.

After a certain age, or level of personal experience, practicality kicks in with no shame.

I guess Iâm not a plugger. I am having problems finding Stiletto heels in a menâs size 13.

in other words, youâve attained enough wisdom to choose function over style

1/2" heels are plenty high enough for a female Plugger according to my wife.
