I grant the furniture remark but I have never been roared at in my face. Purred at, nuzzled, drooled and shed upon, oh yes but roar??? No, no. Perhaps Will’s hearing I’d too sensitive?
But he will chew on the furniture, your shoes, and lick you in the face while you try to sleep. Piddle on the floor when he gets excited, refuse to go outside to do his “business” when it’s raining. They both can be very loving and very annoying in their own special ways.

Coughed up a hairball on, scratched, hissed at…the list goes on. This is why I’m a dog person; I’d adopt Tucker in a heartbeat!

Perhaps when one is sleeping, any noise that wakes one up counts as a roar.
