    I can’t really dispute any part of his definition. That situation sure sounds like a pressure cooker.

    The other kind have uses, though I personally have no need of one. Mom used hers occasionally.

    That may have been pressure cooking, but dad is not a (good) pressure-cooker.

    He is an example of someone who does not do well under pressure.

    I remember when they first came out, my mother got pressured into buying one!!! it was never used!!! I suppose it was in the 6os, got thrown away still in it’s box when mom died!!!

    I bought one about a year ago. I have yet to read the directions. Regular pots and pans don’t really need much as far as directions go. I will get to it some day.
