It happens when you got a lot of junk on your phone!

Did just that today, but I only selected the ones I use. And even then not every thing goes right. One balked at just downloading and installing on its own. Good thing I kept that nano hammer!

I suspect updates are usually not for my benefit.

And this is why I stick to flip phones.

I bet her mama never told her why

Easier to just buy a new phone.

Bad update news is when you have to replace your motherboard because the BIOS won’t support the new Linux kernel.

Most phones and Windows computers come with way too many preloaded programs from the manufacturer; they can be uninstalled. Unfortunately, my Samsung phone won’t allow me to delete useless Samsung programs I’ll never use but I’ve cleaned off the rest.

I remember when we never had to download anything.

So true. I have several old hard drives for my Mac Mini that I keep only because some favorite programs only run on the non-updated hard drives. Updating anything always makes me nervous and frustrated.

I hate updates. The last one messed up my email for a month.
