House prices have been getting insane for a few years now, but the bad news is that inflation is rumbling and with it comes higher interest rates. Many people will be wishing they’d opted for a longer term when they got their mortgage.
Shocked by increase in prices. Little old house I bought for $15,000 about 50 years ago just sold for almost $500,000 !. Of course, I sold it a long time ago. : (
