Better get busy, your running out of time.

I read lots of books during the summer, but I never had a ‘reading list’ and would not have paid any attention to it anyway. I chose my own books during my free time.

Apparently Hurricane wants to work for McDonalds all her life. ;/

Good luck with that.

As for me, when I was a kid I loved reading books.

I always used “Cliff’s Notes”, when possible. Less mentally tiring.

I can’t help but wonder if Hattie’s mother is Evelyn Wood. I heard a comedian once say he used to be a speed reader, until his finger went blind.

Procrastination. Those same words read loud and true to me also at that age and later when it came to schoolwork. I didn’t change with my schoolwork attitude until after I got into the Army. Lesson learned. Kept that attitude ever since…..
