If the vaccine really worked, there wouldn’t be a need to “protect” those others from the vaccinated.

If they are eligible for the vaccine and too ignorant to accept it, they should be left to die or live without benefit of the health care system. If they don’t believe in science why should they benefit from medical science. Please note young children and anyone else not eligible for the vaccines should receive medical treatment as they aren’t unvaccinated due to their own choice, let the willfully ignorant die.

To be fair, you also need to protect those who can’t get the vaccine for various reasons, such as being literal children, or being otherwise immunocompromised.
