Altered for the sake of the comic. The actual and typical warning is “Do not operate HEAVY machinery”. A chainsaw may be on the list, but not your electric Bugs Bunny toothbrush.
that was me after my ill fated attempt at using Ambien for insomnia! Good grief that stuff had me falling asleep anywhere & everywhere! From sitting on the toilet to eating/drinking, And once i was in bed i wouldn’t stay there! I’d get up and wander around, eat, talk… just about anything one would do awake, except i really wasn’t! Thankfully I never attempted to drive anywhere! The doc claimed these side effects would stop after a week or two but I couldn’t last long enough to find out. Especially since I was waking up exhausted after all my nighttime antics
OK….I finally got it. The warning is on the bottle of melatonin and not on the container for the electric toothbrush. But, you wouldn’t want to operate any machinery while using the toothbrush either…..right?
That stuff is no laughing matter and it works! Yesterday AM, I accidentally took one melatonin pill thinking it was my multi-vitamin. Couldn’t figure out why I was so draggy and finally crashed on the couch around 1 for 2 hours! But my breath did NOT smell minty fresh afterwards…

Trying to unsnag the nose hairs out of the bristles would warrant another couple of panels. Oh the anguish of not have two Sundays in a row.

Not that I’d like to fall asleep on the toilet with a toothbrush up my nose, but I wish melatonin worked that well for me for chronic insomnia.

You’re making a bad assumption that all warning labels are identical.
The label in front of me reads:“MAY CAUSE DROWSINESS Alcohol could intensify this effect Use caution when operating a car or dangerous machinery”
