Captive audience.

The irony in this situation would be if Sally grows up to become a school teacher herself.

Pretty much a captive audience

That poor school is always being confronted.

Don’t try that “My dog ate my homework” thing on it. It’s heard it too many times before.

In our district, she could talk to any of the three. She would have to understand that listening and responding to and/or acting on what was said are separate choices and actions by the listener.

Listening is better for my health than breathing in all that chalk dust when you kids slam the erasers into me.

Too many parents now understand that Sally is profound.

Boy, does the wall know stuff!

There’s concrete evidence talking to the brick wall is therapeutic…..

These strips always remind me of my old grade school.

School are pools of knowledge. Everyone who enters knows something, and nobody leaves any wiser, so it just accumulates.
