Hmmm… this reads more like two daily strips stacked on top of each other

@Linguist Today’s strip Is funny aside from the filler panels our HERO Mr Andrew Capp has no concept of time , he just does what he wants when he likes :o) my avatar is again Rowan Atkinkinson as Mr Bean smiling because he is happy like I am because when I went to the Hospital Yesterday nothing malignant was found and I won’t need any surgery for my condition there are pills for it , comment passere votre Dimanche mon moins viux amigo? our Sunday should be busy but we should cope I hope no early morning drive for obvious reasons no errands to run we both are in a good so we’ll just stay in the house to escape the searing heat , then watch the Holy Mass celebrate by our Archbishop on Telly and keep hydrated, keep safe nd a bientot pal

…and the bloke on the sofa. Comforting to know some things don’t change.

Andy does to have a job. And he works hard at too. He’s the one who makes sure the sofa doesn’t float away. Hard work that.

NO. My wife and I were married for 34 years and that time seems like it flew by, She died in March and that time is dragging by so slowly it is torture.

Flo should know that a busy man like Andy needs his rest. Drinking, darts, women, cards, drinking, horse, football, drinking, conning pints, pigeons, fishing, drinking, canal swimming, ducking debts, stress of court, drinking. Let him rest for holy sake. Andy’s a classic BORN GRIFTER. Rest up man. You’re an artist. The PICASSO OF PUBS.

Time flashed by for Rip Van Winkle…..By the way, I’ve always thought that the “painting” over the couch WAS a blue sky.

Up until now, I’ve never even heard of the phrase “blue sky thinking.” Amazing what you learn from reading comics.

Actually, having been where Andy’s at in this strip, I can tell you that time does just flashes by. Two hours can be gone before you know what’s even happened.
