Conceited, self-centered—and STUPID!!

He’s lucky he just hurt his toe. What on Earth is that yellow furry creature coming out of the toilet that nearly took a bite out of him?

He is mentally wigged out.

There is someone for everyone. For example, Elizabeth is a smoker, so her date would be the Marlboro Man!

Indeed, there will come a time where Michael’s self-centeredness will come close to killing him, literally. Without too much of a story spoiler, an emergency happens and Michael is not thinking about his family, but how to save something that will help his career (and fatten his wallet). If the ship were to go down, Michael would not care if everybody else went down with it. Michael was out to help Michael.

Michael does not have acne. One zit is not acne. Acne is a disease that can cause multiple open lesions in the skin. I knew a guy at university who had it. It covered his whole face and extended to his shoulders. It looked very painful and would definitely leave terrible scars when it cleared up. Now I know why people with bad acne are called pizza face.

Ego is a “big” thing!

While Michael is self-centered most of the time, considering this is middle school I can see why he would not go to the dance with that visible zit. In my experience kids in middle are mean, worse with the invention of the internet.

I knew a person who, on the last day of them being middle school, was chase around so people who did not like them could get their ‘last licks’ in physically and verbally.
