As far as the realities/physics of a shoulder fired cannon, well, it is a cat standing on it’s hind legs holding a probably 400lb cannon using it’s front legs and paws to aim. It’s a cartoon, dude. Gotta give the artist some leeway. Even if it was a more realistic depiction of a modern hand-held ground-to-air missile, it would still be beyond the capability of most standard sized house/shipcats to operate in that fashion.
