That’ll “Doot”, Unicorn. That’ll “Doot”.

I really want this post to rhyme,

so for no reason, I’ll say “lime”.

Rather “doot” than “toot”!

Doot doot doot da funky gibbon…

Awkward situation.

I thought that was supposed to be a Canadian pronunciation of the word “doubt” (like “about” = “aboot”).

Anyway, I’m pretty sure Dakota wasn’t inviting you anywhere cool; she called you “Dweeby Phoebe”. No doots aboot it.

So, unicorns do use contractions! Just not human ones

Thanks to memes, every time I read “doot” I think of a skeleton with a trumpet.

She could have said, “So do not execute…” but that would have messed up the meter of the poem.

She isn’t too young to say she was so excited she didn’t remember the details of what Dakota said … of course, Dakota may have figured out she wasn’t listening and just “blah, blah, blahhed” her.

I’m thinking that Marigold must have a very wide field of peripheral vision to be able to see Phoebe when Marigold is facing forward. I guess the answer is “Unicorn”.

“Doot” is a Scottish variant of “doubt.”

for the first time in the series i’m actually starting to empathize with/identify with dakota…

this ep-arc could be titled titled:

“From SO Dakota to NO Dakota”

Shakespeare, in Cymbeline, III, iv, spells it “doo’t”, though his modern editors prefer “do’t".

Oh, gracious lady, / Since I received command to do this business, / I have not slept one wink.

Do’t, and to bed then.
