Mmmm…Mac & Cheese! And, I just read where some brainy person threw a few tablespoons of pumpkin puree into their boxed mix. Et voila: creamier, smoother, guilt-free meal. Pumpkin is high in fibre & all sorts of great vitamins & minerals & it’s a veg, so, you’re getting that too.
