Disparaging Scott in this strawman-style manner is a low blow.
He is extremely intelligent in a pattern-recognition analytical sense, and has a deep understanding of how propaganda and indoctrination works.
He also genuinely is a leftist, just a freethinking very unconventional and anti-totalitarian leftist. He also perceives the Chinese Capitalist Party as the greatest current threat to the rest of the world, which is accurate, and his adopted son was killed via the CCP’s systematic organisation of fentanyl dealers to help destabilise the United States, so he likely saw Trump as the only one willing to stand up to them.
As for the “Republicans will be hunted” Twitter comment, he publicly stated the same day that he was doing a social experiment to pattern the reactions.
In any case, his podcasts are very harmless in general. I would recommend that you all at least watch a few of them via YouTube or otherwise before you condemn him based on heavily simplified and slanted media hearsay.
