Oh, it’s worse than that.

The Earth is spinning. It’s rotating at about 1000 mph.

The Earth is orbiting the Sun, at the 67,000 mph noted. The Sun is orbiting the center of the galaxy at, lat I checked, about double that. (I think. It’s been a while since I looked this up.)

The galaxy is moving relative to the center of the local group.

The local group is moving relative to other local groups.

Isn’t gravity wonderful?

We arrive in 2022. Then we start again.

Yes, we’re there. We’re always there, because “there” is always right here in an orbit.

And they seatbelt themselves to a hollow log not connected to anything.

Tis just an amusement park ride lads ;-)

The Earth spins very slowly, so it looks like the sun is setting.

Left field. We are standing on an electron that is part of a sodium atom in a larger construct. Think about it for a second. As valid as any other theory.
