The neighbor is getting a heck of a view. When my wife was in the hospital having our first child I went home to feed the dog and then returned (this was before she was anywhere near giving birth). I walked into her room only to find some other woman with her leg spread way apart for the doctor. They had moved my wife and not told me. Like this guy, I got a view I could have done without.

It’s not nice of him to stick her with the upper birth.

Dude, you ain’t no Tarzan.

This is just about “F Minus” level of comedy.

Unless there is another medical professional up there with her, will she have to cut the cord after giving birth or will they just let gravity do the job for them (NOT a good outcome for either mother nor child in that case)?

That’s kind of going out on a limb, just to be different.

Even the dog knows this will not end well.
