Nothing corroded comes apart easily
First purchase: proper tools (big box tool sets are not going to last in this kind of work).
Second purchase: Deep Creep, PB Blaster or similar.
Third: Acetylene torch. For when the combination of the first and second purchases does not work.
Baldo will need ALL of these to be honest. ;-)

The dismantling is the easy part … it’s the reassembly that is challenging.
When you dismantle, lable them, just saying…
